Concept, design and art direction for Oslo kommunes kunstsamling (City of Oslo Art Collection). By development of the established visual identity of Oslo, defined by a custom typeface and strict color system, the project refines and adapts it to the context of an art collection. Inspired by clean, modern and timeless gallery aesthetics, the identity allows the artwork to take focus without competing with layout or typography, while maintaining a contemporary and considered look across surfaces. A new municipal aesthetic.
