Subtle, yet powerful.

Following the introduction of the law of consent in 2025, this awareness campaign communicates a simple but essential message. Through a black-and-white visual language, the campaign explores ambiguity, interpretation and grey areas. One series of posters uses blurred words hidden behind optical stripe patterns, making different forms of “no” difficult and uncomfortable to read up close but increasingly clear from a distance. Another series obscures most of a photographic image, leaving only fragments visible and forcing the viewer to confront how little can be certain when lines become blurry. The typography is deliberately neutral. Conceptual yet accessible, the campaign translates a complex legal and social issue into a visually engaging message: only yes means yes.
